ALTRUSA Scholarship - Robert B. Wismann Memorial Scholarship

Must be in the Teaching Credential Program or in Education.
Must be enrolled in full-time for both semesters of the 2023-24 school year.
Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.9 or higher.
Students must demonstrate financial need by the financial aid office.
Applicant must be re-entering the workforce, head of household, and a single parent with dependent children.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident or an eligible AB540 student.
Must have a FAFSA or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) on file for the upcoming academic year.
All students must complete the scholarship application uploaded by the deadline.

  1. Are you re-entering the workforce? (Meaning, you have not been employed for some time and entering the workforce.)
  2. Are you the head of household?
  3. Are you a single parent with dependent children?
