Oxnard Ambassadors Scholarship Fund in Memory of Robert C. McMillan

Student must be an Oxnard resident for at least one year. Student must be a business major. Student demonstration of individual initiative in community service or academic achievement will be taken into account.
Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Must have financial need as demonstrated on the University’s financial aid.
Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units (9 units for Nursing students and 8 units for Graduate students) each semester.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident or an eligible AB540 student.
Must have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) on file for the upcoming academic year.
All students must complete the scholarship application uploaded by the deadline.
